- As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember.
- Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll check your blog to see if you are playing, too. If you are I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I remember how you made me watch the most depressing movie of my life...about the turtles. Also I remember going to that random restaurant with you and Robbie in downtown Provo. I'm pretty sure it was a bbq place. I think that was the same day that listening to you finally convinced me to give Lost another shot, which I'll be eternally grateful for. My favorite memory of you is sitting in your kitchen watching you do a sinkful of dishes and listening to you talk about your life. It was a conversation that ended too soon!
It was, of course, amazing to meet you and spend some time with you and those are good memories. But I have to say my favorite memory of you was posted on your blog...the one about you hang gliding on your birthday...and losing your stomach contents over privileged portions of Utah...so beautiful...I laughed for days...
I remember you writing "don't get pregnant" in my yearbook. I remember holding hands with you on the boat ride in Paris because we were surrounded by couples! I remember fighting with you ridiculously in Journalism our freshman year, and being convinced that you hated me. I remember lots and lots of AIM conversations that were intense and great.
There are plenty more, bu those are the best.
I've waited this long because I'm only 85% sure that the memory I have is of you. So if it's not of you, I am so so sorry / embarrassed.
So here goes … I remember walking down at the foot of Meiser Hill heading towards The Brick Oven and running into you as you were heading into the restaurant for a job interview. We chatted for a few minutes as we walked… Anyway, my gaydar went off like crazy — even though I had nothing really to go on. I put it out of my mind until a year (?) later when I ran into you again at Los Hermanos. I was there with a whole hoard of mohos, and you were our server. Someone mentioned that you were family, and the chance meeting at Meiser hill came back to me.
You were a good server, too. I think I tipped generously.
: )
I have two:
Getting to know you on Evergreen weekend; YEAH BABY; creepy baby decor; pretty lost, but we got there eventually; at the mohome; where things stood, and where they stand.
Talking with you on the way up Y mountain; one of these things is not like the other; sunset, how Provo is best viewed; massage therapy and hair school.
It feels horribly funereal, but I'll always be glad I met you.
I guess I should do this too, though I'm not going to re-post it.
I remember you were coming over to give me a ride to buy some pants, and you crashed into the back of a bus.
I remember making a giant cookie for Darcy and then learning that she found out where babies come from in a book at a house where she was babysitting.
I remember you made Christmas breakfast, and no one came, but it was delicious.
I remember calculating that our waitress had replaced her body mass six times with all the crème brûlée she'd eaten over the years.
I remember you asking me if you smelled like burritos, and then making me not tell that story anymore.
I remember Ocean beach and possibly the most radiant sunset I've ever seen.
I remember failing to light fireworks in a very frigid and gusty wind.
I remember staying up way too late in Vermilion Skies, drinking Italian sodas and discussing Life, the Universe, and Everything.
I remember stumbling upon a Chinese parade at exactly the right moment, and meeting dragons.
I remember Noralee falling into our house moaning "help me," and us handing her water in a mug that said "don't sweat the small stuff.
I remember fireworks at the Space Needle, and you standing guard for me outside the women's room during an emergency.
I remember filming you give a speech about your political ideals, back before they were crushed by the GOP.
I remember sleeping in the hollow of a giant redwood tree, just like "My Side of the Mountain."
I remember you getting a ticket for crossing in and out of the carpool lane on our way to Evergreen Conference.
I remember failing to get to the bottom of the Grand Canyon because of my foot, but making it to the top of Timp.
I remember meeting a scary gay giant named Rob at IHOP, and he flirted with the waiter, and we were pretty afraid.
I remember 40 hours of ABBA and German lessons in the car on a road trip because something happened to Justin's music.
I remember you not showing up to your own birthday party because you were sick, but we still went around the table and said nice things about you.
I remember you saved my life with some Albuterol one frozen winter morning.
I remember convincing you to buy a cheerleading outfit at Savers. Or did you resist? I know we did buy matching Jamba Juice shirts.
I remember passing around instructions to everyone to leave the party and come back ten minutes later, just so we could avoid a particularly egregious guest.
I remember Betty getting arrested and canceling our bonfire, and then making s'mores anyway at your apartment over a virgin Guadalupe candle.
I remember an obnoxious girl leaning over and touching your ear in the theater during Batman Begins, and me telling her off.
I remember getting questioned by a ranger or cop while illegally camping on the side of the road on the way to Vegas.
I remember telling you the worst things about myself in an Arby's parking lot one night, and you still accepting me.
I remember meeting you at Beto's and you thought you might never see me again. Boy, were you wrong....
